On March 21st, we’re featuring Josie Coffee from Newcastle. NSW - our roaster of the month - with the Assistant Manager in Charge of the Beans, Aaron. We’ll be brewing our favourite four coffees of the month to showcasw a variety of favour profiles across their range.
Each session runs for 1.5 hours and will include tasting and discussion of coffees as well as a run down of brewing techniques and approaches.
